102 Ways to Occupy Yourself Without Smoking

One of my QuitBuddies suggested that it would be helpful to have a list of things a quitter could do to occupy themselves when they get a crave. I agree wholeheartedly and have therefore created this page. If you have an idea that isn't in my list, let me know. Actually, I'm always open to ideas for this site, and welcome all suggestions. So, with further ado, here's a bunch of things you can to do to keep busy.
